A company in San Francisco on the leading edge of data integration and transform is looking for a DB technical support engineer.

In this position you will:
• Provide support to customers (network and database admins) by performing technical analysis and answering complex questions on function and usage of the products
• Diagnose and resolving OS and network issues
• Communicate with your Engineering and Technical Support peers as part as of the problem-solving process.

This is a primarily remote position as a full-time employee with excellent benefits!


o. 3+ years providing support to very technical customers
o. DBA level knowledge of databases, preferably Oracle, SQL Server, and DB2
o. Proficient in SQL
o. Experience diagnosing and resolving OS and network issues
o. Experience with data integration products like Oracle Golden Gate, Shareplex, Attunity a plus
o. Bachelor’s degree in a related field


o. This is a full-time staff position with benefits
