In this role, you will create and update technical documentation to support the release of new products and product updates.
The right individual for this position is passionate about instructional design and has a knack for designing and building digital training that is informative, sticky, and fun.

This role reports to the Blended Learning Program Manager and is based in New Orleans, Amsterdam, or remote.
Job Responsibilities
o. Design, storyboard, and develop engaging and targeted digital training, including courses, videos, assets, and assessments that incorporate sound instructional design and make learning fun
o. Advise and optimize training materials (DIY, classroom, manuals, PPT-based training materials) for more scalable learning that fit in a digital or blended curriculum
o. Contribute to the Blended Learning program by creating/simplifying tools and processes, sharing across teams, developing best practices with other designers, and optimizing technology that will accelerate the achievement of our vision
Requirements
o. 5+ years experience creating training materials about how to install or maintain industrial, automotive, aircraft, agricultural, or other types of equipment
o. Experience in developing e-learning using authoring programs such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Premiere and Camtasia
o. Proven track record project managing complex instructional projects
o. Familiarity with video editing technology, UI/UX, VR/AR, or 3D modeling a plus
o. Bachelor/Master’s degree in field a plus
