A global provider of marketing, print, and supply chain solutions is adding a Tridion Docs Database Architect to its growing content team.
In this position, you will design, implement, and maintain the client’s Tridion Docs CMS, ensuring the availability, security, and performance of the database.
In addition to keeping its own content in Tridion Docs, the client intends to sell CMS hosting services to its clients. So part of your role will be customer-facing, helping to explain the value of structured authoring and DITA, assisting new clients to create migration plans, etc.
Requirements:
o. Highly proficient experience as an RWS Tridion Docs Admin or Architect
o. Excellent customer-facing communication skills
o. A degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is a plus
