A client needs a US-based junior to intermediate tech writer to help publish content to their Zendesk knowledge base.
Requirements:
o. Experience writing software documentation
o. Experience publishing content to Zendesk is a plus
o. Experience with Pendo is a plus
o. Experience documenting tax compliance software is a major plus
o. The ability to pass a criminal background check

o. The engagement should start early August.
