Our team develops content that informs, inspires and educates developers worldwide on industry-leading technologies. We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to manage the development certification programs for this audience. You’ll work in partnership with Product Managers, Technical Writers, Subject Matter Experts, and Instructional Designers to build engaging and effective online learning experiences.

Qualifications:

o. Experience creating certification programs (preferably for programmers / app developers
o. Experience managing a large portfolio of content creation and delivery projects
o. Experience working collaboratively with internal and external clients
o. Experience building and managing cross-functional teams
o. Experience building programs and products that scale
o. In-depth knowledge of Google tools and products

A veteran-owned technology company in the DC area needs a C# .NET developer.

In this position, you will assist two developers to achieve a more structured and timely software development approach using Microsoft Dot.Net, SQL Server, and SQL Reporting Services.

Requirements:

o. Active DoD Secret Clearance (Required)
o. 2+ years, hands-on, experience using C#.Net, including an understanding of development best practices for performance and reliability.
o. Familiar with SQL Server, IIS, and application server deployment
o. Familiarity with database script development in ANSI SQL, stored procedures, and data driven design practices a plus.
o. Can demonstrate knowledge and problem solving skills from an OOAD perspective including use of formal diagraming and modeling languages.
o. Experience with test driven development and SONARQube a plus.
o. Experience with source control, including knowledge of Git.
o. Ability to demonstrate estimate development effort, identify potential risks and blockers, and communicate resource needs for technical solutions.
o. Familiarization with Agile driven development (e.g. scrum). Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is a plus.
o. Ability to be hands-on with multiple projects and shift priorities as needed.
o. Bachelors degree in engineering or CS equivalent.
