In this position you will:

o. Manage DOD RFP/RFQ/RFI’s competitive Proposal Development from cradle to grave
o. Coordinate closely with business development organization to ensure winning bids
o. Generate detailed RFP response plan and schedule and technical elements in the development of proposals in accordance with request for proposal (RFP) specifications
o. Build the proposal compliance matrix and tracks the fulfillment of all requirements


Requirements:

o. Proven experience landing $10M+ DOD contracts
o. Proven experience managing the complete DOD RFP/RFQ/RFI’s proposal processes
o. Ability to manage multiple proposal development activities at the same time
o. Experience with Shipley proposal management and development processes
o. APMP Certification preferred
o. Bid/Proposal Foundational Certification preferred
o. Bid/Proposal Practitioner Certification preferred
o. Bid/Proposal Professional Certification preferred
o. US DoD Secret level Security Clearance (Top Secret preferred)

A veteran-owned technology company in the DC area needs a C# .NET developer.

In this position, you will assist two developers to achieve a more structured and timely software development approach using Microsoft Dot.Net, SQL Server, and SQL Reporting Services.

Requirements:

o. Active DoD Secret Clearance (Required)
o. 2+ years, hands-on, experience using C#.Net, including an understanding of development best practices for performance and reliability.
o. Familiar with SQL Server, IIS, and application server deployment
o. Familiarity with database script development in ANSI SQL, stored procedures, and data driven design practices a plus.
o. Can demonstrate knowledge and problem solving skills from an OOAD perspective including use of formal diagraming and modeling languages.
o. Experience with test driven development and SONARQube a plus.
o. Experience with source control, including knowledge of Git.
o. Ability to demonstrate estimate development effort, identify potential risks and blockers, and communicate resource needs for technical solutions.
o. Familiarization with Agile driven development (e.g. scrum). Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is a plus.
o. Ability to be hands-on with multiple projects and shift priorities as needed.
o. Bachelors degree in engineering or CS equivalent.
