In this position you will:

o. Manage DOD RFP/RFQ/RFI’s competitive Proposal Development from cradle to grave
o. Coordinate closely with business development organization to ensure winning bids
o. Generate detailed RFP response plan and schedule and technical elements in the development of proposals in accordance with request for proposal (RFP) specifications
o. Build the proposal compliance matrix and tracks the fulfillment of all requirements


Requirements:

o. Proven experience landing $10M+ DOD contracts
o. Proven experience managing the complete DOD RFP/RFQ/RFI’s proposal processes
o. Ability to manage multiple proposal development activities at the same time
o. Experience with Shipley proposal management and development processes
o. APMP Certification preferred
o. Bid/Proposal Foundational Certification preferred
o. Bid/Proposal Practitioner Certification preferred
o. Bid/Proposal Professional Certification preferred
o. US DoD Secret level Security Clearance (Top Secret preferred)
